What clients say about us
Windy City has been a refrigeration, HVAC, kitchen equipment repair vendor for Chipotle for several years now and has always done a fantastic job of taking care of our restaurants. Josh and his team work diligently to serve our needs in the food service industry whether it be repairing hot/cold side equipment, roof top units, and mission critical pieces of equipment.
About four years ago when I assumed the facilities responsibilities for the Arizona market for PF Chang’s China Bistro I was disappointed with the quality, follow up, and pricing from our HVAC/R vendors. I answered a cold call from Josh Zolin the CEO at Windy City and the rest is history. WCE is really the first HVAC company I have dealt with that truly responds, charges, and acts like a partner in our business. They are a company of firsts. First to utilize body cams, first to open all lines of communication and pricing, and always responsive to our company’s needs. I only wish I had companies as great in the other states I manage. I would recommend the team at WCE to any company that cares about results! They are always there for you and no crazy weekend charges impacting the bottom line. Thanks Josh, James and the team at Windy City.
We have been working with WCE since I joined Little Caesars in 2013 as the Director of Facilities Management. They are by far one of the best vendors, if not the best vendor, we have partnered with to date. They have a Can-Do attitude, always find a way to get the job done, and equally as important, the pricing and service are second to none. In fact, they are the standard to which I try and hold all our other vendors accountable to. Whenever I receive a request for a Vendor in the Southwest Market, I do not hesitate to recommend Windy City. The Branch Manager James always has a Positive Attitude, and the support we receive from Josh and the others in the office makes our jobs a lot easier. A Huge Thank-You to WCE!
