  • Company specializing in Commercial HVAC, Refrigeration, and/or Food Equipment repair
  • Annual revenue between $1m – $5m
  • Track record of growth or growth potential
  • Reputation of quality service


  • MOST IMPORTANTLY – We are looking to establish a relationship with ownership to create a win-win scenario.  We don’t want to buy if you’re uncomfortable with our team or operation. The only way this works is if everyone is open, honest, and transparent throughout the process.
