Have you thought about selling your company?

It’s not an easy decision to make. Maybe you built it from the ground up or you’re carrying on the family legacy. Even the most proper exit into retirement or new venture carries with it a burden of guilt. For years you have been responsible for your family, the families of your employees, your customers, and the whole entity that your operation has become.

That’s an incredible accomplishment in itself. But maybe the ups and downs have become exhausting. Your spouse wants back the time you lost together over the years. Your doctor is telling you to slow down. Or the company has reached a point where the “next level” just doesn’t seem attainable.

Whatever the reason, what you know for sure is that you don’t want it to be in vain. You want the transaction to be as simple as possible. And you want to know that everything you’ve worked for is being put to good use, for good people.

How do we treat our staff?

We believe in the honor of blue-collar work. As former technicians themselves, the owners put heavy emphasis on integrity and character throughout the organization. At WCE we reward the work that matters, like hard work, quality work, and teamwork.

WCE has grown consistently, every year, for the past 12 years and are showing no signs of slowing down. We would love for your company to be part of the WCE Family in our expansion and pursuit of becoming the most elite service company in the US.
