Preventative Maintenance

Well maintained equipment will result in a longer lifespan and dramatically decrease repair costs.  This includes keeping all of the burners clean, making sure the cooling fans are free of all debris, and never allowing moisture to infiltrate any of the components; electrical and otherwise.  We make it a point on every job to go over proper maintenance with the customer, specific to each piece of food service equipment we work on.

EQUIPMENT INSTALLATION & PROFESSIONAL SET-UP

New equipment installation requires more detail than you think.  Many manufacturers require that new equipment be professionally installed and started up before they will cover any warranty issues.  This is because most of the warranty claims within the first year are due to improper installation and/or start up.  On every install we make sure the equipment is secure and up to code.
