Our Advantages

Communication

We understand that communication is the most frustrating part about service. We set ourselves apart by making this our number one focus. We will keep our staff, and yours, informed every step of the way so there is never a question about the status of your work order. Our systems also integrate with the most popular CMMS and Work Order Management platforms for less redundancy and more transparency.

Ease of Use

Our job is to make your job easier. Plain and simple. You tell us the problem and we will take it from there. We will make sure you or your staff knows the status of your repair without you having to ask. And if there’s ever a problem, you call a single point of contact for every question you have.

Integrity

The most important characteristic of being employed with WCE. We do not tolerate anyone with less than exceptional integrity because our customers deserve the highest character individuals handling their most valuable assets. This is why we are comfortable providing video evidence on every single work order of what was done, and why.

Quality

We are all only as good as our last task. At WCE we make sure every task we do, from office to field, is triple-checked and done to the best of our abilities. Mistakes are inevitable; what we learn from them is why we excel. We don’t accept anything less than the best, why should you?

Growth

Staying true to our philosophies is how we have been able to grow with all our clients. For two years running, WCE has made the Inc 5000 List of Fastest Growing Companies in America and it can all be attributed to the execution of our promises to our customers.
